Brief description:

• With the help of the foreign experts with expertise in the field of rankings, two options of study programmes rankings applicable in the Romanian HE system will be proposed.
• The impact assessment will be performed using a specific methodology developed for the analysis of higher education public policies, taking into account the above-mentioned options.
• For the impact assessment analysis, a focus will be placed on the HE financing impact and the beneficiaries / universities behavior.
